He was born in 1968 in Ayacucho. He specializes in the making of small cushions and tapestries. Inocencio inherited this art at a young age from his parents and grandparents. For the making of his tapestries, he uses a unique technique which can not be reproduced by anyone else.
This great weaver has participated and won at the Inti Raymi competition, in the years 1991, 1992 and 1993.
He has exhibited his works in different cities of Peru.
