He was born in 1944 in Ayacucho, Peru. Son and artistic heir of his legendary father, Ambrosio Sulca (National Award of Great Master of 1994). His work has had such an influence in the Peruvian Textilery that it has given rise to the so called Sulca School. Master Sulca has traveled a lot and exhibits his work throughout Peru, United States, Europe and South America.
