Arts and Crafts of Peru is an importer, wholesaler and retailer of selected arts and crafts produced by the best masters artisans from all over Peru.

The origin of our interest and fascination with peruvian articrafts has been the constant trips that my family and I made to Peru, my parents country of origin.

With each trip it was a tradition to visit the arts and crafts markets of Lima to buy different products such as decorative mirrows of Cajamarca, Chulucanas pottery or tapestries from San Pedro de Cajas. Until now, our basement looks like an exhibition room, filled with arts and crafts from Peru.

Throughout the years, we have learned that there truly exist two types of arts and crafts, those manufactured in mass production (factories) of arts and crafts that exist around Lima, destined for consumption of the tourists and the other created by independent artisans that due to their limited production, they don't have access to the regular stores.

It took to my brother Ed, who lives in Peru, many years to select from best artisans. The biography of these talented artisans you will find in this web site. The majority are well known, many of them have been awarded prizes and have been invited abroad to exhibit their beautiful works.

For this, this store is unique, only here you will find original works that have been individually produced by hand by the best masters artisans of Peru.
